End of November 2021 will start the first WSET level 3 in Spirits course in France !!! WiSP is indeed the first French provider approved by the Trust for this level of excellence.

A course of this level with highly in-depth content and a demanding exam was a real necessity for the spirits industry. The need for professionalization of the sector is important at a time when consumption is increasing significantly on highly valued products which require an expertise in all categories of spirits. “ explains Fanny Darrieussecq, director of WiSP.
And we will naturally offer this 1st session with our partner La Maison du Whisky in Paris. The training will be provided by Didier Gorbanzadeh director of training and product expert at LMDW. Didier’s great experience in the distribution of spirits from around the world is an opportunity for our candidates in order to best prepare for this demanding exam which consists of a theory part (MCQ and open questions) and a blind tasting of 2 spirits.
The course will run over several weeks as a first introductory webinar will take place on November 29th , followed by 5-days class in Paris scheduled in January; the exam will be held on February, 2nd . An important personal preparation from the candidate is required throughout this period in order to arrive well-prepared for the final exam.
Last but not least, a superb selection of 60 spirits will be poured during the class-days.
