If you are a prospect:

WiSP CAMPUS carries out commercial and marketing prospecting activities to enrich the company’s prospect database based on the legal basis of the company’s legitimate interest and the consent of the individual. If you are a client:

The collected data includes identity, phone number, email, date of birth, job function within the company, and payment information. The data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and in compliance with legal requirements. It is only accessible to authorized personnel and may be shared with trainers and potentially certification bodies.

 

If you are a visitor of the website www.wisp-campus.com:

WiSP CAMPUS may collect certain browsing data through the use of cookies (see paragraph

9 – Cookie Information and Management). WiSP CAMPUS may also collect your data through the contact form based on your consent.

 

If you are a trainer:

WiSP CAMPUS manages the data of various trainer service providers for their training interventions based on the legal basis of contract performance. The collected data includes personal information, company, address, phone number, email, and skills. The data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and in compliance with legal obligations. It is only accessible to authorized personnel and is not disclosed to third parties.

 

If you are an employee of WiSP CAMPUS:

WiSP CAMPUS manages the professional files of its employees based on the legal basis of employment contract performance. The GDPR clauses are specified in the employment contract.

3. Data recipients

The data processed by WiSP CAMPUS is exclusively intended for authorized personnel and departments of the data controller, as well as any subcontractors and partners involved in the execution of the determined purposes for processing such data.

Under no circumstances will your data be commercialized to third parties, whether authorized or not to access it.
