Ideal for those with busy schedules, the Online WSET® Level 2 Award in Spirits allows you to learn, at your own pace, about all categories of spirits and liqueurs, their origins, production methods, and the regional influences on each style.
The WSET® Level 2 Award in Spirits qualification provides a comprehensive level of focused product knowledge high-valued for bar service, retail and wholesale careers. Successful candidates will be able to make informed recommendations to customers and serve them professionally and expertly.
Available in English only, the Online WSET® Level 2 Award in Spirits is divided into six thematic modules taught over five weeks. Six hours of study per week are recommended to cover the online activities and the WSET® textbooks provided at registration. Regular access to and active participation in online activities are essential for this learning mode. There is no limited time for the theory part of the course; you can complete the modules at your own pace.

The WSET® Student's Workbook
The WSET® Student's Workbook will help you through the course (diagrams, maps, illustrations, etc.), take notes, and prepare for the exam.
The WSET® Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT)
The WSET® Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT) will be used during your sensory training practice. WSET recommends a minimum of 30 hours of preparation before taking the exam, approximately six hours of study time per week. THE STUDY MATERIALS DO NOT INCLUDE TASTING SAMPLES (contact us for an official supplier).

I have unlimited access to the online study modules and progress at my own pace. I have unlimited access to the e-learning platform and can manage my progress at my own pace over the 5-week course duration (recommended study time: 6 hours/week).
This qualification is delivered as a group training session. As such, an educator monitors my progress and facilitates the group session. I ask all my questions in the forum to fully understand all the concepts covered in the modules.
Fifteen days before the exam date, I will receive an invitation. The 60-minute exam (50 MCQs) can be in person (FR / EN) or online (EN only).
Six weeks after the exam, I will receive my results by e-mail. If I successfully pass my exam, I will receive my WSET® certificate and lapel pin by post.
