Originally from the Côtes-du-Rhône region, Cécile trained as an oenologist. Her career began in prestigious estates in Gigondas and then Saint-Tropez. Driven by an insatiable curiosity about wine, she went back to school to study for a Master of Science in Wine Management at the OIV. This course enabled her to travel the world’s main vineyards in one year and acquire international expertise.
Cécile then continued her adventure in the United Kingdom, where she represented a Roussillon producer. In 2019, she became a WSET-certified trainer in London, confirming her teaching skills and infectious enthusiasm.
Back in France, based in Toulouse, Cécile has joined forces with a company that distributes ‘vins d’auteurs’. Working with committed restaurateurs and enthusiastic wine merchants was a source of inspiration for her. Passionate about blind tasting, she plays an active part in the famous Toulouse tasting club In Vino Veritas, regularly taking part in prestigious championships.
Her dynamism and expertise make her an outstanding trainer who lights up our classrooms.
