This advanced-level qualification is directly accessible after completing the WSET® Level 2 Award in Spirits. Upon completion of this this 6-day expert course , you will master a deep theoretical understanding of the techniques used in spirits production, from the processing of raw materials to post-distillation operations (distillation, maturation and finish).
