Originally from the Côtes-du-Rhône, Cécile is an oenologist by training. She worked in her native region in Gigondas and then in Saint-Tropez. She then resumed her studies with the Master of Science in Wine Management of the OIV, which allowed her to tour the main vineyards of the world in one year and to learn about foreign wines and the different aspects of the wine industry. She later moved to the UK where she represented a producer from Roussillon for several years. Back in France and based in Toulouse, Cécile became a partner in a company that distributes “vins d’auteurs”. Working with committed restaurateurs and passionate wine merchants motivates her. The tasks of consulting, animation and training take on their full meaning. She confirms her skills as a trainer in London by obtaining the WSET Certified Trainer designation in 2019.
Passionate about blind tasting, Cécile is very involved in the famous Toulouse tasting club “In Vino Veritas” which leads her to participate regularly in blind tasting championships (RVF, etc). Passionate, cheerful and dynamic, a ball of energy that brightens up our classrooms!
