Biography

A graduate of the prestigious Master of Science (MSc.) in Wine Management from the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), Fanny has travelled the world to discover the terroirs of the “Old Continent” as well as the “New World After a first professional experience in Chile, a passage through the University UC Davis in the United States, the Institute of Viticulture and Oenology of Geisenheim in Germany or the Faculties of Oenology of Dijon and Bordeaux in France, it is in Spain that Fanny settles her luggage. She takes over the commercial management of an important winery in the Navarra region. The 10 years spent in this position, largely focused on exports, opened him up to a more commercial but still international facet of the industry. In a concern of permanent improvement Fanny follows in parallel the trainings of the WSET, going until obtaining the title of Certified Educator of the WSET in 2009. She created the Bordeaux Wine Campus (now WiSP) tasting school in 2011 in Bordeaux in order to put her knowledge of the world’s wines at the service of the local (and international) wine industry. Fanny is trilingual in French, English and Spanish.
Today, she works mainly on the organization and creation of a rich program within WiSP but returns regularly to the classrooms to rediscover the joy of sharing and exchange around a common passion.

Fanny is also the author of the book Vinographie, éd. Hachette, 2016.
