Passionate about spirits, wine and the art of cocktails, Kevin has ten years’ in-depth experience of cocktail bars. He also held the position of bar manager at the Hôtel de Crillon, where he acquired unique expertise in creating drinks and managing teams.
It was during his years as a manager that he developed a real vocation for teaching and coaching. Convinced of the value of sharing knowledge, he is committed to passing on his expertise and passion to the next generation of spirits professionals.
