Biography

Engineer in the food and beverage industry specializing in the beverage sector, certified instructor Cicerone®, WSET®, IFCO, Sake Sommelier Association of London®, Julia is passionate about the brewing industry and spirits. In 2020, Julia earned the Zythologist diploma at IFCO and delved into the world of Japanese sake with the Sake Sommelier Association of London. In 2023, she passed her WSET Level 3 Spirits diploma. In June 2024, she became the first and only Nominated Educator – Beer in France for the WSET certification.
