Annabelle holds the Diplôme Universitaire d’Aptitude à la Dégustation (DUAD) delivered by the demanding Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin (faculty of oenology) of Bordeaux. Perfectly bilingual, she has worked in the wine industry in France and Australia. During her years in Australia, she held positions ranging from sommelier to sales in various wine shops. Curious and eager to discover new facets of the wine world, Annabelle went on to work as an oenotourism manager for a Médoc Grand Cru and as an assistant oenologist in a local estate. Later, and based on her various experiences, she wrote as a specialized journalist for the wine magazine Gilbert et Gaillard.
She publishes meetings with winemakers and tasting notes. Her independent status will finally allow her to intervene in various renowned training institutes. Today, training is the main activity of this “jack-of-all-trades” who shares her experience and knowledge with boundless energy!
