A graduate of the prestigious OIV MSc in Wine Management, Fanny has travelled the world to discover the terroirs of both the New World and Old Continent.
After a first professional experience in Chile, a stint at UC Davis in the USA, the Geisenheim viticultural University in Germany and œnology Universities of both Dijon and Bordeaux in France, Fanny finally laid down her hat in Spain.
She took over as Commercial Director for an important winery in the Navarre region.
The 10 years she spent in this position, which was mostly export-oriented, gave her a strong trade background in the global market of wine.
Meanwhile, to continually improve her skills, Fanny followed the WSET certification programmes and obtained the title of WSET Certified Educator in 2009.
She created Bordeaux Wine Campus (now WiSP) in 2011 to put her global wine expertise to use for the local and international wine industry.
Fanny is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
She is now mainly involved in the design and implementation of innovative educational programmes within WiSP but she’s regularly back in classrooms to rediscover the joy of interacting with like-minded others about a shared passion.
Fanny is also the author of the book, Vinographie, publisher Hachette, 2016.
